For the first time, we shared our knowledge and insights from over 25 years of regulatory work, drawing on our experience with more than 5,000 cases.

Targeted at senior leaders, employers, supply agencies, and governors, the event aimed to assist attendees gain a better insight into our work, and go away with information that would assist future interactions with, and referrals to, the EWC.

The presentation covered:

• real-world case examples spanning 25 years, each highlighting good or bad practice for attendees’ thought and development
• the decision-making process of the EWC in respect of fitness to practise, interim suspensions, and suitability for registration assessments, helping attendees to gain a deeper understanding of how outcomes are determined
• relevant and useful information to assist attendees in any future investigations, and EWC interactions
