As the regulatory body for education professionals in Wales, we now have over 80,000 registrants, covering school teachers, further education lecturers, school and FE support staff, youth workers and youth support workers and work-based learning practitioners.
The EWC Register of practitioners holds a lot of unique data about the education workforce in Wales. As our Register has expanded, the amount and variety of data that we hold has increased. Consequently, we have decided to no longer produce an annual global ‘Statistics Digest’, instead we will be publishing a series of statistical reports during the year.
