We recently published our Welsh Language Standards monitoring report for 2019-20 .
The report sets out our compliance with the standards, which cover service delivery, operational, policy making, and record keeping.
In the report, we detail how we've championed the use of the Welsh language, both amongst our own employees and in engaging with registrants and other external stakeholders.
As an organisation, we’re committed to implementing and maintaining a fully bilingual service for all those who come into contact with us. We encourage users to make use of this service by:
- writing to us in Welsh, be that through social media or e-mail
- accessing our website, e-services and the PLP through the medium of Welsh
- submitting any forms to us in Welsh
- accessing our training and presentations through the medium of Welsh.
Under normal circumstances, we also provide a bilingual telephone service. We hope to restore this service in the coming weeks.
