This consultation seeks views on our draft strategic plan covering the three-year period from April 2026 to March 2029.

The consultation will be of interest to registrants, members of the public, and education stakeholders. We welcome response from individuals and organisations. We are keen to hear from a wide range of people, including those from diverse backgrounds.

We have included a number of questions about the draft plan which we would like you to answer. When responding, please consider the draft alongside the remit of the Education Workforce Council, as set out in the Education (Wales) Act 2014
